- Getting hands on with RAC is the best way to learn. There is also a note “RAC Faq” on Oracle’s knowledge base that is a very good start. The questions and answers compiled there are worthy of writing a brief book on the subject. I’d start with that and move on to installing RAC on a single machine, using VM’s and get my hands dirty.
