While Agile Learning refers to a process of developing training experiences learning agility refers to the characteristics held by individual learners.Learning agility is an ability held by an individual to the adapt to unfamiliar situations, learn quickly and in a mostly self-managed way. People who are high on a learning agility scale are top performers during a times of uncertainty. People with the high levels of learning agility can approach unfamiliar situations by quickly connecting past experiences with present problems to make sense of them and find solutions.

Between the terminology, timelines and methodology a lot of research and planning goes into adopting Agile Learning. So it’s simple to feel overwhelmed when getting started with an Agile:

1. Research and Training for Agile:

While principles of an Agile remain the same, it is often applied quite differently across the business functions and organizations.
